HVAC, Heating and Ventilation

We install, alter and maintain mechanical systems that control temperature, airflow and indoor comfort. This includes air-conditioning units, heating plant, ventilation systems, ductwork, extract fans and associated controls.

Existing equipment and service capacity are assessed before systems are extended or replaced. Solutions are developed around occupancy, building use, energy efficiency, noise, maintenance access and operational requirements.

Pumps, Booster Sets and Plant Rooms

Our engineers work on water booster sets, circulation pumps, pressurisation equipment, valves, control panels and associated pipework.

Plant-room works can include equipment replacement, pipework alterations, insulation, control upgrades, leak repairs and complete refurbishment. Duty and standby arrangements, alarms and operating controls can also be tested to help maintain reliable service.

Maintenance and Reactive Repairs

Planned preventative maintenance helps identify worn components, blocked filters, leaks, control faults and declining equipment performance before a complete failure occurs.

Reactive support is available for loss of heating, air-conditioning faults, poor ventilation, pump failure, leaks and plant-room problems.

Equipment can be isolated and made safe where an immediate permanent repair is not possible. Mechanical work is completed by appropriately qualified specialists, with testing and commissioning provided where applicable.
