Cat A and Cat B Fit-Outs

Cat A works typically prepare a commercial property for marketing, leasing or further tenant-specific improvements. This can include raised floors, ceilings, lighting, mechanical services, fire systems and basic internal finishes.

Cat A+ provides a more immediately usable workspace, often incorporating finished layouts, meeting rooms, furniture, kitchens and data infrastructure.

Cat B fit-outs create a fully operational workplace around the occupier’s layout, branding, technology and working practices. Every project is based on a clearly agreed specification because landlord and tenant requirements can vary.

Complete Project Coordination

Occupied and Phased Fit-Outs

Fit-out work can be delivered within live commercial properties using phased working, temporary partitions, protected access routes and out-of-hours programmes where appropriate.
