Before work begins, we review the property’s condition, existing services, asbestos information, fire-safety requirements, access and operational restrictions. A clear scope and programme are then developed around the client’s priorities and required completion date.

Progress reporting can include programmes, photographs, cost updates, variation records, snagging schedules and completion information.

Multi-Site Rollouts

We deliver coordinated improvement programmes across regional and national property portfolios.

Multi-site rollouts can include initial property surveys, pilot projects, standard specifications, site-specific adaptation, phased installation and individual handovers. This approach helps maintain consistent finishes, branding and quality standards while allowing for differences between properties.

Sites can be completed sequentially or through several teams working concurrently, depending on the programme.

Live and Occupied Refits

Commercial refits can be phased around occupied and customer-facing properties. Temporary partitions, protected access routes, controlled shutdowns and out-of-hours or weekend working can be arranged where appropriate.

Completed work is inspected, tested and snagged before handover. Relevant operating information, certification and warranties are provided where applicable.
