Roof Repairs and Leak Investigation

Water can travel through insulation, cavities and structural elements before becoming visible internally. Our investigations assess roof coverings, joints, flashings, rooflights, parapets, service penetrations and rainwater systems to identify the likely source.

Repairs can address splits, punctures, failed laps, damaged tiles, deteriorated sealants, blocked outlets, leaking gutters and storm damage. Temporary weatherproofing can be installed where an immediate permanent repair is not possible.

Roof Refurbishment and Replacement

Where defects are widespread or the roof has reached the end of its serviceable life, we can provide an overlay, refurbishment or complete replacement.

Projects can include removal of existing materials, deck repairs, new insulation, waterproofing, rooflights, edge details and drainage improvements. Structural capacity, condensation and fire performance are considered when developing the proposed roof build-up.
